Join online

Signing up is easy. Head to ea.com to buy your membership.

If you live in Russia, you can't use a credit card for recurring payments. You can use one for standard transactions.

You need to have an EA Account to play our games.

Don’t have an account? We’ll ask you to create one the first time you play one of our games on your PlayStation.

Downloading games and early trials

To download a game or early trial, search for the one you want to play in the PlayStation Store from your console and download it from there.

See what games are available with EA Play on ea.com.

How do early trials work?

Download our early trials to get early access to our newest games. Play the full games for a limited time before launch.

You can play all of the trial straight through, or spread your gaming over several days. You'll get updates letting you know how much time you have left.

Here are some tips so you can get the most out of the trials.

  • Download the game completely before starting your trial.
  • Make sure to quit the game or switch apps when you’re not playing. Time keeps counting down if you leave the game open on your system and walk away to do something else.

We can’t reset or add more time to EA Play early trials, and neither can the PlayStation Support team.

When your trial ends, buy the full game to keep playing. Your stats and progress will be waiting for you.

Games removed from The Play List

From time to time, we’ll remove games from The Play List to make room for newer ones we’ll be adding in.

Find the full list of games that have been removed from The Play List on ea.com.

How do I cancel?

  1. Sign in to your PlayStation account on the PlayStation website.
  2. Click Subscription.
  3. Click Turn Off Auto-Renew next to your EA Play membership.

You can also cancel directly from your console. See how to do that on playstation.com.

Things to note:

  • If you cancel your membership, you will keep your game progress and all earned Achievements, but you can’t continue playing the games you’ve downloaded unless you buy them or reactivate your membership.
    • As long as you don’t manually delete your save files, you’ll keep your game progress. When you reactivate your membership or buy the games, you can pick up right where you left off the next time you play.
  • Once you cancel your membership, you will keep your membership benefits until the end of your membership period.
    • You can ask PlayStation Support to cancel your membership if you want to stop EA Play right away, but you won’t be eligible for a refund of any unused time.
  • If your membership expires, any purchases you made with your 10% member discount are yours to keep.

*Conditions, limitations, and exclusions apply. See EA Play Terms for details.
