How to manage an EA Play on PC membership

Learn how to find your EA Play membership and payment information and manage your membership from your EA Account.

Membership information

Cancel or renew EA Play

This article applies to EA Play memberships on the EA app only.

If you joined EA Play through Steam or Epic, you’ll need to reach out to Steam Support or Epic Support for help with account management, billing, and cancellation. You also won’t be able to see your membership information in your EA Account settings.

Go to your EA Account and sign in using the EA Account details you used to join EA Play.
From the options on the left, choose EA Play.
- You’ll find information on your EA Play membership and membership type here (EA Play or EA Play Pro).

If you don’t have an EA Play membership, there won’t be an EA Play tab in your EA Account settings. If you have an EA Play membership but can’t find the tab, make sure you signed in using the EA Account that’s linked to your membership.

If you live in Brazil, EA Play memberships on the EA app aren’t recurring.

Instead, you can buy stackable memberships a few at a time. These memberships are continuous, which helps you avoid losing any game time.

You can check your EA Play on PC payment and billing information in the EA Play tab of your EA Account settings.

Go to your EA Account and sign in using the EA Account details you used to join EA Play.
From the options on the left, choose the EA Play tab.

Here are the Membership Information settings you’ll find in the EA Play tab.

Membership
- See your membership type, EA Play or EA Play Pro.
- See how often you’re billed for your membership, Monthly or Annually.
- Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership by selecting Manage.
Next Billing Date
- Check what date you’ll be billed for your membership.
Payment Method
- Check the payment method you use to pay for your monthly or annual EA Play membership.
- To change or update your payment method, select Edit.
Cancel This Membership
- Select this option to cancel your EA Play membership.
- If you cancel but weren’t at the end of your membership period, you can continue to use your EA Play membership until the Membership Expiration date listed.
- Your payment method for EA Play won’t be removed until the date of your Membership Expiration. You can reverse the cancellation up until that date.

Make sure you have a payment method saved to remain an active EA Play member.

How to buy an EA Play on PC membership with EA Wallet

Funds can only be added to your EA Wallet using an EA Gift Card. You can’t use a credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method to add funds to your EA Wallet.

Follow these steps to buy an EA Play on PC membership using the funds in your EA Wallet.

Go to your EA Account and choose Payment Methods.
Next to EA Wallet, select Add More and enter your EA Gift Card code.
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Select Submit. Your gift card balance will now move to your EA Wallet.
Follow the steps to join EA Play on PC here, and select EA Wallet as your payment method.

Make sure you have enough balance in your EA Wallet to cover the cost of your EA Play on PC membership. If there isn’t enough balance in your EA Wallet, it won’t show as an available payment method when you check out.

If your next billing date is coming up and you don’t have enough balance in your EA Wallet for the next charge, we’ll send you a reminder email. To prevent your membership from expiring, add more funds to your EA Wallet or change your payment method.

How to cancel EA Play on PC

You can cancel EA Play on PC at any time. Find out how to cancel your membership.

How to renew an EA Play on PC membership after canceling

Go to your EA Account and sign in using the EA Account details you used when you joined EA Play.
From the options on the left, choose the EA Play tab. If you had an EA Play membership that you canceled, your membership status will be Canceled.
If you recently canceled, select Renew Membership to rejoin EA Play on PC. If it’s been a while since you canceled, select Sign Up.
