Missing or incorrect Rewards in EA SPORTS FC™? Follow the steps below to find them.
- Double-check that you didn't accidentally discard or use the content somewhere else in the game.
- Restart Ultimate Team™ or Clubs. It may take up to 24 hours for your Rewards to appear.
If that didn’t help, try these steps:
- Check EA SPORTS FC™ Direct Communication (@EASFCDirect) for updates on issues that might be preventing your missing Rewards from coming through.
- Restart your PC or console, then check your game again.
- Try our other steps to find your missing in-game content.
How to claim Twitch Drops
- Make sure your EA Account is linked to Twitch.
- Go to the Twitch Drops page and find the Drop you want to claim.
- To get a Drop, you need to watch a participating channel for the required amount of time.
- You can claim the Drop from the Drops Inventory page until 24 hours after the Drops campaign ends.
- Select Claim Now.
- Launch the game. Open the Ultimate Team™ menu, then go to Objectives.
Make sure you redeem your in-game reward before the Objective ends. It may take up to 24 hours for your Twitch Drops to appear in-game.
How to claim YouTube Rewards
You have to watch the YouTube EA SPORTS FC™ stream specified in the Ultimate Team™ Objective campaign for the required amount of time to qualify for YouTube Rewards.
Refresh the video at the start of the campaign, which you can find in the related Ultimate Team™ Objective, otherwise you may not qualify for the rewards. You can find the start date and time of the campaign in the Ultimate Team™ Objective.
- Make sure your EA Account is linked to YouTube.
- Open the YouTube EA SPORTS FC™ stream that has a Rewards button underneath.
- Select Rewards.
- You won’t be able to redeem a reward after the stream ends, so make sure to claim it as soon as possible.
- Launch the game. Go to the Ultimate Team™ menu, then go to Objectives.
Make sure you redeem your in-game reward before the Objective ends. It may take up to 24 hours for your YouTube drops to appear in-game.
EA SPORTS FC™ Rewards sometimes come in different versions. If you still think you got the wrong Rewards, follow the steps below.
If you still can’t find your missing FC Rewards after 24 hours, we’ll need some information from you to help.
- the content you’re missing (e.g. Player Items, Coins)
- whether you’re missing content from Ultimate Team™, Clubs, or Season Pass
- the mode you’re missing content from (Rivals, Champions, Objectives, etc.)
- the email address on your EA Account
- your platform account ID (PSN ID, Xbox ID, etc.)
- the time and date the content went missing
- your time zone
- the platform you play on (PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, etc.).
