When you buy a digital version of a game or downloadable content (DLC) for a game through the EA app (formerly EA Desktop), it's automatically added to your Collection.

Can’t find your game? Use these steps to find what’s missing from your Collection.
If you get a message that says: Too many computers have accessed this account’s version of [game name] recently. Please try again later.
This is because you can only install your game on up to five computers per 24-hour period, as mentioned in our Terms of Service. Using a different computer, changing the hardware in your current computer, or using a virtual machine to play can all count as a new computer.

It can take up to 24 hours for you to be able to relaunch the game. If you're still getting the error after 24 hours, let us know so we can help.
You can turn on game updates and enable background services to automatically update your games and allow the EA app to download queued games even when it’s closed.
