- Tap the Settings icon (wrench and screwdriver).
- Tap the Help button. The Frequently Asked Questions page will open.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap EA Help to visit our help site or select Customer Service to contact us.
Why should I contact EA Help in-game?
When you contact us using the in-game help option, it saves all your game information so that our advisors can quickly pull up your account.
Find your SimCity BuildIt Player ID
Follow these steps to find your Player ID:
Tap the Settings icon (wrench and screwdriver).
Tap the Help button.
Your Player ID is located below the blue EA Help button.
Can’t access the game?
If you need help because you’re locked out of your game or have lost your device, have your SimCity BuildIt Player ID ready before reaching out to us. Without it, we can’t find your account.
