Suspensions or bans on your SW:TOR account are managed by our Terms of Service team. When they take actions on your account, they will always email you to let you know what they did and why. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see an email from them in your inbox.
This email always includes the email address to contact if you would like to appeal the action.
If you’d like to appeal a suspension, ban, or other action on your account, you’ll need to follow the instructions in the email.
Since the Terms of Service team exclusively handles these actions, EA Advisors are unable to override their decision or help with appeals.
Account actions will not always result in account suspensions or bans. In some cases they can also include the removal of Credits, items, Influence, event currency, or crystals from your account.
