The Sims Discord is a place to join a community of fellow Sims fans, get info, find inspiration, and enjoy exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into the world of The Sims.
Here’s how to join The Sims Discord and connect with the community.
You can report a player or a message that a player has sent on The Sims Discord by following these steps.
You should report serious or illegal violations directly on Discord. Find out how to submit a report on the official Discord website.
Reports are processed by automation tools and sent to our team for review.
Our team looks into each report before deciding whether it follows our rules and what action to take. You’ll get a DM with an update on the outcome of your report, including whether EA took action.
For privacy reasons, we can’t share information about our investigation or what actions we take on another player’s account. A banned player can’t post messages on Discord or accept invitations to new channels.
If you think you were banned by mistake, complete this form on EA Help.
Want to contribute to a positive and inclusive gaming community? Check out our Positive Play Charter.
You’ll find your case reference number in the Discord message sent to you by an EA Moderator.
Make sure you enter the case reference number exactly as it appears in the message, or we won’t be able to help with your appeal.
