Tell your Sims’ story by making conversation choices and move through the game based on your decisions and social interactions. These choices will appear randomly while you are playing the game, usually after finishing an event. Surprising choices are available to Level 10 players, and questions are asked once a day.
Some choices you can make in stories require Sim Cash or other currencies like Cupcakes. Your choices and their results could lead to rewards, like a home objects or Buffs.
Finish events and collect earned items before your Boost runs out to get Boost bonuses. You can gain Buffs that are Boosts for career, hobby, or relationship events, and discounts on home or other items.

If you’re Level 9 or above, you can use Cupcakes to reduce event time. Want some extra sugar on top? XP bonuses come with using Cupcakes, too.
Buy them in bulk through the Store or earn them by completing LlamaZoom Tasks and Quests.
Retired Sims need some excitement, too. When your Sim is done working, you can open Family Chests to get an Heirloom. Click the Let’s Go button in the retirement sequence to enter Heirlooms in the Store.
Collect enough Luxe and Super Heirloom tickets to unlock Luxe or Super Heirloom Chests, and to get rarer heirlooms. You can get these tickets by selling duplicate heirlooms. You’ll also get a free Chest every day, which will include different currencies, randomized items, and Heirloom Tickets.
