If you’ve lost or misplaced something you earned or bought in EA SPORTS^™ UFC^® 5, try these steps first to see if you can find your missing content.

1. Restart your console.
2. Wait 24 hours to see if your Items appear.
3. If they haven’t appeared after 24 hours, try the steps in our missing content article.
4. Check @EAHelp or @EASPORTSUFC to see if we’ve posted about any issues that might be preventing your missing Items from coming through.

If you still can’t find your missing Items after 24 hours, we’re going to need some information from you to help investigate. We’ll need:

• your proof of purchase
• your persona name (PlayStation^™Network Online ID or Xbox Live gamertag) where you’re missing your Items
• your console (PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S)
• the time, date, and time zone you earned or bought the Items
• what Items you’re missing
• any other details about your issue.

Once you’ve gathered that information, scroll down to the Still need help section of this UFC 5 page, then choose your contact option to get in touch with us.

You can start claiming Twitch Drops for UFC 5 from January 15, 2024.

Here’s how to find them if they’re missing.

1. Follow our steps to make sure you’ve linked the right Twitch account to your EA Account.
   • You should also check your Connections in your Twitch Settings to confirm which account is linked.
2. Claim your Twitch Drops from your inventory when they’re available.

If you still didn’t get your rewards, review the criteria for the Twitch Drop. In some cases, watching streams may enter you into a draw for a Drop, but that doesn’t guarantee you’ll earn one.

Follow these steps right away to help re-secure your account before contacting us to report your lost or missing Items.
