How do I renew my SW:TOR subscription?

If you chose a recurring subscription, your payment method will automatically be charged the renewal fee at the end of your billing cycle.

If you chose the 60-day Game Time subscription, this subscription won’t renew automatically. You won’t be charged again unless you decide to buy another subscription.

If you’ve chosen to pay for your subscription using a Game Time Card, you'll have to manually add a new card when your playtime expires.

How do I change my SW:TOR subscription plan?

  1. Go to swtor.com, then to Account to log in to your account.
  2. In the Subscriptions tab, choose your preferred subscription plan, and select Buy.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your subscription change.

If you switch to a different plan, your new plan starts when your previous plan runs out.

How do I cancel my SW:TOR subscription?

Canceling your subscription will end your recurring subscription and you won’t be charged again at the start of the next billing cycle. You can still play as a subscriber until the end of your current billing cycle, even if you’ve canceled your subscription.

  1. Go to swtor.com, then to Account to log in to your account.
  2. In the Subscriptions tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Cancel your subscription.
  3. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

Once your current billing cycle has ended, you’ll become a preferred player. Learn more about what changes on your account when you become a preferred player.

If you haven’t signed in to your SW:TOR account in 36 months, your subscription will cancel automatically at the end of the next billing cycle following the 36 months of inactivity. You’ll get a reminder to reactivate your account in your email 30 days beforehand. If you reactivate your account before the next billing cycle, your subscription will continue unless you cancel it.

How do I reactivate my SW:TOR subscription?

  1. Go to swtor.com, then to Account to log in to your account.
  2. Under Subscriptions & Cartel Coins, choose the Subscriptions tab, and select Add Subscription.
  3. Choose your preferred subscription plan and select Buy.
  4. Select a saved payment method, or add a new one, and select Continue.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to reactivate your subscription.
