Who can earn Renewal Rewards?

To get Renewal Rewards, you need to keep an active Club Pogo subscription. The rewards you get depend on your current plan. Each plan has different rewards.
Each month you’ll pick from one of three rewards:
  • Gems and Cactus Cash
  • Gems and a Power Up for a specific game
  • Gems and a Booster for a specific game.
The Renewal Rewards program isn’t available in China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Sudan, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Russia, and Belarus.

When can I claim my Renewal Rewards?

To claim your rewards, you need to log in to your Pogo account. If you’re signed up to notification emails, you’ll get a reminder when your Renewal Rewards are ready to be claimed. These rewards don’t expire, so you can claim rewards from previous months too. 
Added after annual renewal payment. Free extra month extends the renewal date by one month if you’re signed up for auto-renewal. 

How can I change my payment method?

You can switch between PayPal and a credit card before your subscription renews or when you buy a new Club Pogo subscription. You’ll still get your Renewal Rewards if you change your payment method. You don’t need to keep your payment info on the account at all times. If you choose not to keep your payment details on your account, make sure to add your selected payment method at least seven business days before your automatic renewal date to be eligible for Renewal Rewards. You can’t change your set payment date. 

How can I change my subscription plan?

If you switch your plan (e.g., from a monthly subscription to an annual one), you’ll still get your Renewal Rewards as long as it still auto-renews. However, the timing and amount of rewards will change according to the new plan.If you upgrade from the free trial or Club Pogo Guest Pass to a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription that automatically renews, you'll get your rewards after each subscription renewal payment.
