Learn about current issues, workarounds, or how to get past an error in Titanfall 2.

You can solve most problems by making sure your game and your system are both up to date.

If you play on PC, make sure your computer meets the requirements to play.

If you’re still seeing a problem, check if we’ve got it covered below:

Console personas cannot view/edit password info during EA Account creation.

Account | Xbox One, PlayStation 4 | EA Account creation <p>Reset your password at origin.com: <ol> <li>Click <b>Sign In</b></li><li>Select <b>Forgot your password?</b></p>

Error when starting game before download completes

Download | PC | Download <p>Let the game finish downloading before you try to play again. If you still have problems, repair the installation:</p><ol><li>Click the game tile in your Game Library.</li><li>Click the Settings cog.</li><li>Click <b>Repair</b>.</li></ol><p>Once the game repairs itself, try launching it again.</p>

Game is unresponsive after going to Multiplayer with the Data Center open.

Freeze | Xbox One | Multiplayer Restart the game and try again.

Data Center search issues

Technical | PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 | Data Center This happens if you have multiple enabled network adapters. Disable all adapters other than the one you want to use.

I cannot send an invite from the Network Menu.

Multiplayer | Xbox One | Network Menu Select “Invite Friends” and then go back. “Invite to game” should be available.

Error message when in a private match lobby, and accepting an invite from another lobby.

Error message | Xbox One, PlayStation 4 | Private Match, Lobby Dismiss the error message and have the other player invite you again. You will successfully join the match.

Blocked player from the same Network is not muted.

Multiplayer audio/block settings | Xbox One | Multiplayer Sign out of Xbox LIVE and sign back in, then relaunch the game. The player should be muted.

Error: File corruption detected. Please repair or re-install the game.

Installation error | PC | Installation Reinstall the game using the language you bought it for.

AMD GPU Drivers

Technical | PC | Game play Make sure you have the latest AMD Game Ready driver before hitting the Frontier. Get the 16.10.3. drivers here: 16.10.3 Driver

Unable to find Nitro Scorch Pack

Bonus items | PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 | Game play The Nitro Scorch pack is only available to players who pre-ordered Titanfall 2. If you pre-ordered the game, you can find your bonus items in-game.

Work through the steps here to clear up any problems with your connection.

You may also need to open (forward) some ports on your system to clear up any lingering connection problems:
