Your Apex Coins are kept in a Wallet. Some platforms use different Wallets, so you may not be able to use your Apex Coins across all platforms.All items you buy, except for platform-exclusive items, will be available across all platforms.

You’ll use this Wallet on all other platforms. It’ll show any Apex Coins you’ve bought on PC, Xbox, or PlayStation®. You won’t be able to see it on the Nintendo Switch™, and it won’t include any Apex Coins you’ve bought on the Nintendo Switch™.
