  • If you’re missing Coins, make sure you haven’t already spent them.
  • If you’re missing Points, check the order history for your platform to make sure your Points purchase was successful.

      • Choose Profile and go to Account. Select Payment & Billing and then Order History.
    • PlayStation®5
      • Head to Profile and select Transaction History.

How to find missing Packs, Players, or other items

  • First, double-check the date you should receive the content. Packs, Players, and other content can take 24 hours to appear in your inventory.
  • From the Ultimate Team menu, head to the My Team tab and check your Binder for the players or collectibles you’re missing. You can also access Unopened Packs from this menu. 

How to find missing EA Play rewards

To get EA Play rewards for Madden NFL 26, you need an EA Play membership. 
EA Play gives members access to exclusive rewards, trials, and discounts.If you’re missing EA Play rewards, check that your EA Play membership is active on the platform where you’re playing Madden NFL 26.

    Go to your EA Account and sign in using the EA Account details you used to join EA Play.

    Choose the Subscriptions and Memberships tab. If you have an EA Play membership, it’ll be listed as Active in the Membership section. 

How to claim Twitch Drops

    Go to the Twitch Drops page and find the Drop you want to claim.
    • To get a Drop, you need to watch a participating channel for the required amount of time. 
    • You can claim the Drop from the Drops Inventory page until 24 hours after the Drops campaign ends.

    Launch Madden NFL 26. Go to the Ultimate Team™ menu, then go to Unopened Packs.
Make sure you redeem your in-game reward before the event ends. It may take up to 24 hours for your Twitch Drops to appear in-game.

How to get more help with missing content in Madden NFL 26
