Why you should link your account

When you link your PvZ 2 game account with your iOS or Android account, your game progress is saved automatically. Linking your account also lets you switch devices without losing any progress.Linking your PvZ 2 account is the only way to save progress—our advisors can’t restore any lost progress.

Link your EA Account to PvZ 2

Open your game.
If this is your first time launching the game, complete the tutorial first.

Select the cloud icon on the bottom left of the home page.

Select Register email.

Log in using your existing EA Account.

Save your PvZ 2 progress on iOS

PvZ 2 uses your iCloud account to save your progress across your Apple devices. To use this feature, link your iCloud account and turn on automatic backup.

Open Settings on your device.

Select iCloud.
Sign in to your iCloud account if you’re not already.

Select iCloud Backup.

Toggle On your preferred iCloud Backup method.

Save your PvZ 2 progress on Android

PvZ 2 uses your Google account to sync game progress across your Android devices.

Launch PvZ 2.

Select the Controller icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the main menu.

Log in to your Google account.

Can I have PvZ 2 on multiple devices?

Yes, you can link both devices with the same iCloud or Google account. Be careful—if anyone accidentally deletes PvZ on one of your devices, it’ll be lost on both.

Can I use more than one iCloud or Google account with PvZ 2?

Linking PvZ 2 to different iCloud or Google accounts syncs your game progress and profile data. This means that the new account will have permanent access to your profile and can risk accidental deletion of your game.

To avoid this, don’t link PvZ 2 to other iCloud or Google accounts on your devices.

How to unlink a PvZ 2 account

In PvZ 2, the only way to unlink your account is by deleting it.

Deleting your mobile game account is permanent across all devices. We won’t be able to recover your in-game items or progress, and you won’t be able to recover your account on a different iOS or Android device.

Can’t access the game?

Need help because you’re locked out of your game or have lost your device? We’ll need your Player ID to help you. Without it, we can’t find your account. We can’t restore any lost progress.
