If you’re still having issues, check if another application is interfering with the port:

    In Spotlight Search, type “terminal”.

You’ll see which applications are using port 3216. Close all applications except the EA app.If you see your applications in the Dock, you can quit them by control-clicking the application and selecting Quit. If you don’t see your applications in the Dock, follow these steps:
