- 1In File Explorer, type C:\ProgramData\Package Cache in the address bar and hit Enter.

Windows is having trouble installing the EA app.
- 1Go to the Task Manager.
- 2Select Windows Installer, then choose End Task.
- 3Find the most recent EAappinstaller.exe, right click it, then select Run as Administrator.
This usually means that the EA app wasn’t able to run on port 3216, the computer port that allows the EA app to launch.
