Still can’t find items?
If you’ve lost something from your EAS FC Ultimate Team™, try these steps to see if you can find your missing content.
- Restart Ultimate Team™.
- If you Quick Sold a Player Item, use the Quick Sell Recovery feature in the Web and Companion Apps.
Player Items that have been submitted into a Squad Building Challenge (SBC) can’t be recovered. Check out our guide to learn more about SBCs.
If that doesn’t fix your issue:
- Restart your PC or console, then check your game again.
- Check out the EAS FC Direct Communication channel (@EASFCDirect) to find out about any issues that might be preventing your missing Items from appearing.
Watch our video to learn where to look for Items and Packs across the game.
Missing an Item you purchased from the Transfer Market or got in a Pack? These could be Player Items, Consumables, Stadium Items, or Staff/Managers.
- Double-check your Club to make sure it isn’t there.
- Check the Store to see if you have any unclaimed Items.
- Check the Transfer Targets section to see if your acquisition of a Player Item in the Transfer Market was successful.
- Check your Won Items and Expired Items to see if it’s there.
- If a Player Item gets stuck after you’ve acquired it from the Transfer Market, it should be automatically corrected within 72 hours. Check your Transfer Targets to see if your Item appears after 72 hours.
- Make sure you didn’t Quick Sell the Item.
- Check the SBC Storage to make sure you didn’t store your Item there. You can find this by going into an SBC and navigating to the Storage tab.
- If you don’t see a Storage tab, it means you don’t have any Items stored.
- Once you submit Items to Squad Building Challenge (SBC), they’re permanently removed from your Club in exchange for rewards.
- If an Item was used in an SBC, we can't reverse it.
- Make sure to check your Squad before submitting it into a SBC.
- If you Quick Sold a customization item our advisors can help you recover that by contacting us. These include stadium themes, badges, and kits. We can’t recover Player Items.
- In Clubs, select My Pro.
- Enter Customize.
- Navigate to the relevant category and sub-category to find your Item.
If you buy an Item from the Clubs Store, it will appear as owned. Select Go to Inventory and navigate to the relevant category and sub-category to find your Item.
Once you’ve tried our basic troubleshooting steps, look for the Pack in the My Packs section of the Ultimate Team™ Store in EAS FC Ultimate Team™.
EA SPORTS FC™ Items sometimes come in different versions. If you still think you got the wrong Player Item, follow our steps to get help.

If you still can’t find your missing EAS FC Items or Packs after 72 hours, we’ll need some information from you to help investigate:
- the content you’re missing
- whether you’re missing content from Ultimate Team™, Clubs, or Season Pass
- the mode you’re missing content from (Rivals, Champions, Objectives, etc.)
- the email address on your EA Account
- your platform account ID (PSN ID, Xbox ID, etc.)
- the time and date that the content went missing
- your time zone
- the platform you play on (PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, etc.).
Once you gather that information, open the page from the list below based on which FC title you’re playing and select the available contact option to contact us.
EA Advisors can't restore a Quick Sold player or Items you’ve submitted into an SBC.
