The Simpsons: Tapped Out (TSTO) is shutting down. Learn more about the shutdown and how to get help.

The Simpsons: Tapped Out will be removed from app stores on October 31, 2024, and servers will be turned off on January 24, 2025.

In-app purchases are disabled, but you can keep playing until the servers are shut down.

Can I still get Donuts?

You can still earn Donuts through the in-game store.

  • Go to the Currency section in the store to exchange in-game currency for Donuts at the same rates as before. You can earn Donuts by completing the farewell questline, which unlocks premium items that generate Donuts more frequently.

Can I get items from past events?

Yes. Over the next few weeks, we’ll rerelease content from the past twelve years. Items will be released in waves, with a few years’ worth of content released at a time. Check the in-game store for available items.

Are there any updates on land and item limits?

During the A Bart Future event, land tile availability and item placement limits were expanded. There won't be additional increases with Taps, but you'll see a reference to this in the final questline.

If you already own any prize track items, you'll get Donuts instead.

Will there be any new items?

Yes, there will be new items added to the store in the final wave, so be sure to check it regularly before the game shuts down. You can get these items using your in-game money.

Can I get a refund?

For any recent purchases, contact Google Play or Apple. Our advisors can’t provide support with purchases or refunds.

The fastest way to get help for The Simpsons: Tapped Out is by contacting us directly in your game. You’ll be brought back to EA Help, but we’re able to pull your game info if you contact us in-game.

  1. Tap the Build menu icon.
  2. Tap Get Help.
  3. You’ll be taken to the EA Help site.
  4. Select the button in the top-right corner. You can also browse other articles about The Simpsons: Tapped Out.

How to find your account ID

  1. Tap the Build button.
  2. Tap the Settings cog icon.
    • If you don’t see the Settings cog icon, click back on the arrow until it appears.
  3. Tap the View button next to Info.
  4. Tap the View button next to About.
  5. Your account ID is below the Version number. Screenshot or write it down before contacting us so you have it ready.

Can’t log in to The Simpsons: Tapped Out?

When a new device tries to log in to your EA Account, we’ll send you a code to make sure it’s you. EA Login Verification keeps your EA Account safe and makes sure only your registered devices have access to it. Here’s how you can turn on EA Login Verification.
