Need help in Bejeweled Blitz? Follow these steps to get help in-game or access your Player ID.

We recommend connecting your game to Facebook to ensure you can play across different devices and keep your data safe. Linking your game to Facebook will also help our teams quickly add or restore missing in-game items.

To get started, tap the Facebook Login option on the Menu screen.

  1. Tap the Settings cog icon.
  2. Tap Help.
  3. Tap Support.
  1. Launch the game on Facebook or the mobile app.
  2. Click the Cog icon on the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
  3. Click Help, and then you'll see your Player ID at the bottom of the box.

If you need help because you’re locked out of your game or have lost your device, have your Player ID ready before reaching out to us. Without it, we can’t find your account.
