If you need help, you can contact us in the game. If you can’t access the game, we’ll just need your Player ID to help.

If you’re in the game and need help, it’s only a few taps away.

Tap the Settings cog on the Cantina home screen.

Then, tap Help. You’ll be taken to the EA Help site.

When you contact us this way, we automatically get information about your account and your game. This means we can help you faster. 

Missing something you bought?

If you’re sure your purchase went through and you were charged for it, try tapping the Settings cog on the main Cantina screen, then tapping Restore Purchases to force a check of your recent transactions.

If you still can’t find your missing purchase, follow these steps.

We'll need your Player ID to help you if you contact us directly on EA Help. This ID is unique to you and has all of your game information linked to it.

  1. Launch STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes.
  2. Tap the Settings cog on the Cantina home screen.
  3. You’ll see your Player ID at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Take a screenshot of your ID, or make a note of it. Your Player ID is case-sensitive.

If you need help because you’re locked out of your game or have lost your device, go to this page and choose the available option to get in touch with an advisor. We’ll need your Player ID to help you. Without it, we can’t find your account.
