Set up payment method
- Subscriptions are charged every 30 days if you pay monthly.
- If you choose the quarterly option, the charge is every 90 days.
- For a 6-month subscription, you will be charged every 180 days.
- Game Time Cards are valid for 60 days.
- Go to swtor.com, then to Account to log in to your account.
- In the Subscriptions tab, you can view:
- information about the remaining pre-paid time on your account
- the subscription package you have chosen (if you have a recurring subscription)
- all payments that have been made on your account, when you go to View Your Payment History.
Heads up that if you haven’t signed in to your SW:TOR account in 36 months, your subscription will get canceled automatically at the end of the next billing cycle after the 36 months of inactivity.

- Go to swtor.com, then to Account to log in to your account.
- In the Overview tab, scroll down to the Subscriptions & Cartel Coins section.
- Select View Your Payment History.
- Select Add a new credit card or Add a new PayPal account.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to add your payment information.
Set up ELV as a payment method
ELV is an electronic direct debit payment method that is supported by banks in Germany. If you live in Germany and have a German bank account, you can set up ELV as a payment method.
- Go to swtor.com, then to Account to log in to your account.
- In the Subscriptions tab, select Change Billing Method, and follow the on-screen prompts.
