Who can earn Renewal Rewards?

To get Renewal Rewards, you need to keep an active Club Pogo subscription. 
The Renewal Rewards program isn’t available in China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Sudan, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Russia, and Belarus.

What Renewal Rewards can I get?

Club members can pick from three rewards bundles every month, including: 
  • Pogo Gems
  • a game-specific power-ups or booster of your choice.

When can I claim my Renewal Rewards?

To claim your rewards, you need to log in to your Pogo account. Rewards are organized across a twelve month calendar. When your rewards are ready, you’ll get notifications on the homepage and your profile. If you’re signed up to notification emails, you’ll get a reminder when your Renewal Rewards are ready to claim. 

What if I miss a month?

You can go back and claim rewards from previous months. You can access rewards for up to 12 months after they’re released. You’ll automatically get gems if your rewards aren’t claimed. 

How can I change my payment method?

You can switch between PayPal and a credit card before your subscription renews or when you buy a new Club Pogo subscription. You’ll still get your Renewal Rewards if you change your payment method. You don’t need to keep your payment info on your account at all times. If you choose not to keep your payment details on your account, make sure to add your selected payment method at least seven business days before your automatic renewal date to be eligible for Renewal Rewards. You can’t change your set payment date. 

How can I change my subscription plan?

If you switch your plan (e.g., from a monthly subscription to an annual one), you’ll still get your Renewal Rewards as long as your subscription still auto-renews. However, the timing and amount of rewards will change according to the new plan.If you upgrade from the free trial or Club Pogo Guest Pass to a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription that automatically renews, you'll get your rewards after each subscription renewal payment.
