MVP+ Membership gives Madden NFL players Early Access, Ultimate Team™ packs, and Deluxe Edition rewards. Most rewards become available automatically when you launch the relevant game mode in Madden. Follow these steps to claim your rewards or troubleshoot rewards that haven't appeared.
What is MVP+ Membership?
MVP+ Membership* is a special offer that gives you rewards and benefits, including EA SPORTS™ Madden NFL Deluxe Edition rewards.MVP+ Membership rewards include:- 7 days of Early Access to Madden NFL 27
- Beta access (June 11 - June 14, 2026)
- 12 Monthly Ultimate Team™ Packs (one delivered at the beginning of each month)
- 4 Superstar Skill Points (Core, Physical, Specialty, and Mental).
- 4,600 Madden Points
- Season 1 Player Item
- Exclusive Early Access Solo Challenges
- Cover Athlete Elite Ultimate Team™ Player Item
- 500 Franchise Points
- 1 Superstar Legendary XP Boost
- 1 Ultimate Team™ Evo Item.
How do I get Early Access with MVP+ Membership?
Seven days of Early Access are included with your MVP+ Membership. When Early Access begins, make sure:- you’ve signed in with the EA Account linked to your MVP+ Membership
- you've installed Madden NFL 27
- to launch Madden NFL 27 using the platform account connected to that EA Account.
How do I claim MVP+ Membership rewards?
MVP+ Rewards are added automatically after you enter the relevant game mode and complete (or skip) the tutorials.Launch the game and check each game mode to get your rewards. When new rewards become available, check the game modes the rewards apply to (Ultimate Team™, Superstar, etc.) to find them.Madden Ultimate Team™

To find your Monthly Ultimate Team™ Pack reward:
- 1Select Ultimate Team™.
- 2Complete or skip the tutorial.
- 3Open Unopened Packs.
- 4Check for your MVP+ Membership rewards.
How do I find missing MVP+ Membership rewards?
You can check your available rewards in the MVP+ Membership Hub.You must be logged in to your EA Account, which must be linked to the platform account you used to sign up for MVP+ Membership. If you can't sign in to the MVP+ Membership Hub, launch Madden NFL 27 on the platform where you purchased your MVP+ Membership, then try signing in again.
- 1Confirm you purchased MVP+ Membership before the eligibility deadline (July 2, 2026, 5 p.m. UTC / 10 a.m. PT).
- 2Allow up to 24 hours for rewards to appear in your account.
- 3Check your rewards inventory and unopened content in Ultimate Team™ and other modes.
MVP+ Membership FAQ
From June 4, 2026, at 5 p.m. UTC (10 a.m. PT) through July 2, 2026, at 5 p.m. UTC (10 a.m. PT). The MVP+ Membership purchase window will then close. See Member Benefits for more information.
Rewards usually appear within 24 hours after your membership becomes active in-game. If your rewards are delayed or aren’t showing up, follow these steps.
If your Early Access period has started but you can't play yet:If you're still unable to access the game, contact us from the bottom of this page.
- 1Restart your platform.
- 2Confirm you're signed in with the EA Account linked to your MVP+ Membership.
- 3Confirm your MVP+ Membership is active.
- 4Make sure you launch Madden NFL 27 using the account that owns the membership.
- 5If you recently purchased your membership, wait, then try again.
