Before you can access FUT on console or PC, complete the following steps:
Once you create your Ultimate Team, you can keep track of your progress by accessing the Web App or the Companion App.
You will need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, Firefox, Chrome and Safari for the Web App. For the Companion App, you will need to install iOS 6.0+, Android 4.1+, or Windows 8.0+.
FIFA Points
Transferring FIFA Points
You can transfer your FIFA 14 FIFA Points only once and between the same console manufacturers. For example, you can transfer points between Xbox 360® and Xbox One, or between PlayStation®3 and PlayStation®4.
If you are an EA Access player, you have the ability to transfer FIFA Points from FUT 14 to FUT 15. If players choose not to play the full version of FIFA 15, they cannot transfer their FIFA Points back to FIFA 14.
When you log into FUT 15, you will see a prompt to transfer your unspent FIFA 14 Points to FIFA 15. You can ignore the message and choose not to transfer until later, or choose to transfer your FIFA Points now.
FUT coins will not transfer between FUT 14 and FUT 15.
FUT content, roster, trophies, in-game items, FIFA Points, FIFA coins
If you have multiple consoles of the same manufacturer (PlayStation®3 and PlayStation®4, or Xbox 360® and Xbox One®), you can access FUT content on both consoles. This includes access to your full FIFA 15 Ultimate Team roster, tournament trophies, in-game items, FIFA Points, and in-game currency (coins) from either console.
You will need to use the same Origin account to transfer FUT content between consoles.
FIFA Points and early access (EA Access versus EA Season Ticket)
Early access is available five days prior to the launch date in your region. For more information, visit www.ea.com/eaaccess/faq.
Players do not have the ability to purchase FIFA Points for FIFA 15 during the EA Season Ticket early access period. Only players with EA Access for Xbox One can purchase FIFA Points during the early access trial.
You can transfer FIFA Points from FIFA 14 to FIFA 15 during early access for EA Season Ticket.
Add concept squad players to your squad
Use this feature to plan squads and test various players in squads to find the right fit. You will not use these concept squads and players in gameplay.
Loan players
When you create your club in FUT 15, you will have the opportunity to sign one loan player for free. You can see others available in the EA SPORTS Football Club catalogue.
Playing with loan players allows you to test some of the most sought after players in the game. EA chooses the players available from some of the best performers of the past year.
Each loan player has a blue icon indicating the number of matches you can use the player. You can also refer to the contract length in the player status view.
The value and rating of a player determines loan durations. For example, higher and more valuable players will have shorter loan lengths.
Friendly Seasons
You can play the fan favourite Seasons mode with your friends. Instead of playing online with strangers, you can now challenge your friends in a one-on-one match and track your stats against theirs. A Friendly Season will last 5 matches.
Fitness
Fitness items come in two types: individual and squad. Apply one of these items to your players to recover a set amount of player fitness.
You can recover fitness in two ways: applying fitness items or resting your player in a match. Rest players by sitting on the subs or reserves during a match without coming on the pitch. The lower a player's fitness level has fallen, the longer they will have to sit out.

Activate or apply squad fitness items by going to your active squad first:
You will then select Apply Squad Fitness and choose the appropriate item.
EA SPORTS takes security very seriously and makes every effort to ensure that your gameplay remains as safe as possible. You can read our open letter. As an additional security step, EA requires that you turn on the Login Verification feature before you can access the FUT Web App or mobile Companion App.
Remember: EA will never ask for your Security Question and answer. Do not give this information out to anyone. If you suspect someone has compromised your account, use this process to restore account security.
How do I set up my FUT mobile account so I do not get locked out?
Can I stay signed into FUT on console, PC, and web or mobile at the same time?
FUT is available for you to play on one system at a time. If you try to access your Ultimate Team on multiple platforms at once, you will need to sign out of one, or both, and sign in again.
I played FUT 14. Why can't I access FUT 15 Web Start?
FUT 15 Web Start is available for most players from FUT 14. EA bases access into Web Start on a number of factors such as how well you played within FUT 14.
Why did I receive a different returning user reward from other players?
EA bases returning user rewards on a number of criteria from FUT 14. All players who are eligible for FUT 15 Web Start will receive a returning user reward in the My Packs section of the FUT store.
If you also played EA SPORTS 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™, you will receive additional rewards when you create your FUT 15 Club.
