How do I play with friends?
Some game modes in EA SPORTS™ College Football 27 support cross-play, which lets you play with friends across platforms in certain online modes.For example, if you’re playing EA SPORTS™ College Football 27 on a PlayStation®5, turning on cross-play lets you compete with friends playing the game on Xbox Series X|S.Cross-play is available on:- PC (EA app, Steam, Epic)
- PlayStation®5
- Xbox Series X|S
To play with friends on other platforms, make sure cross-play is turned on.Cross-play should be turned on by default for PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S players when you launch the game for the first time. If you play on PC, you can turn on cross-play by going to Settings > Game Settings > Cross-play and toggling to On.
To find and add friends to play with, open the main EA SPORTS™ College Football 27 menu and select the EA Connect icon from the bottom-right. Then, search for your friend using their EA ID or platform identifier, like an Xbox Live gamertag, or PlayStation™Network Online ID (PSN ID). When you find them, select Add friend. To set up cross-play and play with friends, make sure you:

- linked your EA Account to your platform account

In Road to the College Football Playoff, you’ll compete against other players online for a spot in the College Football Playoff and a chance to win the National Championship.To start:

- Squads (team up with friends to build an Ultimate Team™ roster and compete against other groups of players).
- Play a friend (compete against a friend in Head 2 Head online matches).
Online Dynasty lets you create or join a shared Dynasty with friends and build college football programs together across multiple seasons. - 1Go to the main EA SPORTS™ College Football 27 menu and select Play.
- 2Select Dynasty and choose Start.
- 3On the Dynasty Type screen, make sure Cloud Dynasty is toggled On.
- 4Complete the remaining Dynasty setup steps.
- 5When you’ve finished creating your Dynasty, go to the Members tab and select Invite Users.
- 1Make sure your friend has already sent you an invite to join their League.
- 2Go to the main EA SPORTS™ College Football 27 menu and select Play.
- 3Select Dynasty.
- 4Choose Load/Accept Invite.
