Can't launch or download game on PS5
Hi, I've been in contact with the help chat and they redirected me to this forum.I've been playing Jedi survivor on my ps5 through the PSextra subscription. I wasn't able to launch the game since it left the PSextra game pool so I decided to purchase EA-play in order to keep playing. However I still can't launch the game, I tried removing it from my console but now I can't even re-download it because it says there is a conflict with the product: Star Wars: Jedi Survivor Tracker.How do I fix this so I can continue playing the game?
