The Sims™ 4 support

I've been curious for a while how the idea of the "positive" and "negative" threads for various packs started and why we feel the need to separate the two rather than having one "discuss the pack"- thread instead. My observations of the various threads are that the positive thread generally holds much more information about the pack in the opening post and is updated with new information, while the negative thread usually start with a very short post that stays the same. I've also noticed people stopping themselves in discussions of the pack going "I also have something... to say but I'll put that in the other thread". Is it that we're so used to filter bubbles that we have a hard time dealing with a thread that contains both bad and good? Or that we just want to be able to whine/gush over a pack in peace without someone trying to "convert" us? Or are we worried of offending those of another opinion than our own? I'm asking because I'm generally curious as to how and why this tradition was started and why we keep it up.

Please can someone kindly help. I am a huge simmer and miss playing so much, I cannot load my main household, and get stuck on the endless loading screen. I can load into CAS mode and build mode with no issues. I have uninstalled the Sims game and reinstalled, repaired the game on the EA app, and updated all mods, I have tried since the August update and have had no luck. I really miss my game and I am worried as I cannot save lots, or my sims to my library or gallery. I don't want to lose any progress. Please help I have attached my files, saves, and mods.
