Need for Speed™ Unbound support

The game loads and everything, but I can't buy anything for my character or my cars, I can't access online game modes, and it does this every time I've reset the game, assistance please???

whenever I launch NFS Unbound (NFS Heat works fine) it gives me this error, I verified my game files (on steam) and cleared the cache (on EA) cause TWO YEARS AGO this was a problem or something so I followed that. might just BE because I have the game on an external SSD and not on my actual SSD'S (no storage) so I don't know what the problem COULD actually be other than that its on an external drive or whatever but that shouldn't even be the issue so this is just great. Any help would be nice.

My game stutter is really bad at the end of a police pursuit if I’m going too fast through it speed trap end of a race getting collectibles doing challenges I’ve tried to do everything I can on my system and I just don’t think it’s my system. I honestly believe that it’s server sided lag. Because nothing I did fixed the stuttering and I genuinely don’t wanna play the game because of it ruins the entire experience I crash and lose races way too frequently because the game stutters and I just honestly don’t know what to do. And also, I feel like the graphics are set way too high for a console my brand new PS5 is struggling to run the game. I don’t know why you would put the game on ultra graphics for a console I like the graphics but I would rather have worse graphics and actually be able to run the game properly because I don’t know if it’s the graphics or server sided lag, but the stuttering is absolutely horrible and sometimes my game will just freeze completely
