Learn how to get help and find your Player ID in The Sims Mobile. We'll need your Player ID if you're ever locked out of your game.

If you get stuck while playing The Sims Mobile, the fastest way you can get help is by contacting us directly from your game. Follow the steps below to learn how.

How to get help in The Sims Mobile.

Tap the arrow pull-out tab on the right side of the game screen.

Tap the Settings cog tab.
Tap Help & About.

How to find your Player ID

Find your Player ID on the loading screen

You can see your Player ID on the upper right corner of the first loading screen when you start the game.

Find your Player ID in Settings

If you’re already inside the game, follow these steps to find your ID.

Tap the arrow pull-out tab on the right side of the game screen.

Tap the Settings cog tab.
Tap Help & About.

You’ll find your Player ID under Version. Make sure to screenshot or write down your Player ID. You’ll need it if you’re ever locked out of your game.

If you need help because you’re locked out of your game or have lost your device, go to this page and choose the available option to get in touch with an advisor. We’ll need your Player ID to help you. Without it, we can’t find your account.
