How to find missing content in EA SPORTS™ College Football

Learn how to find missing Coins, Points, Packs, and other content in EA SPORTS™ College Football.

What should I check first?

  • Double-check the date you should get the content. Content can take up to 24 hours to show up. 
  • Restart your system and launch EA SPORTS™ College Football again. 
  • Check everywhere in your game, including inventory and messages.
  • Check the current server status for EA SPORTS™ College Football and your platform.
  • Check @EASPORTSCollege for updates or news that might relate to your missing content.

How do I find missing Coins or Points?

  • If you’re missing Coins, make sure you haven’t already spent them.
  • If you’re missing Points, check your transaction or order history to make sure your Points purchase was successful.
    • On the EA app, go to Account Settings and check your Order History.
    • On XBOX, choose Profile and go to Account. Select Payment & Billing and then Order History.
    • On PlayStation®, head to Profile and select Transaction History.

Where can I find missing Packs, Players, or other items?

From the Ultimate Team menu, head to the My Team tab and check ItemBinder for the players or collectibles you’re missing. You can also access Unopened Packs from this menu.

How do I find missing EA Play rewards?

To get EA Play rewards for EA SPORTS™ College Football, you need an EA Play membership on PlayStation®, XBOX, or PC. 
EA Play gives members access to exclusive rewards, trials, and discounts.If you’re missing EA Play rewards, make sure your membership is active on the platform where you’re playing EA SPORTS™ College Football.

How do I check my EA Play membership status? 

This article only applies to EA Play memberships on the EA app.If you joined EA Play through Steam or Epic, you need to contact Steam Support or Epic Support for help with account management, billing, and cancellation. You won’t be able to see your membership information in your EA Account settings.Not on PC? Learn about EA Play on PlayStation® and EA Play on XBOX.

    Sign in to your EA Account with the same account details you used to join EA Play.

    Select the Subscriptions and Memberships tab and choose EA Play.

    Check the Your membership section for information on your EA Play on PC membership.

How do I find missing MVP+ Membership rewards?

    Double-check that you're eligible for the rewards. 
    • To be eligible, you need to have purchased your MVP+ Membership before July 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. UTC.

    Allow up to 24 hours for rewards to appear in your account.

    Check your rewards inventory and unopened content in Ultimate Team.

How can I get more help with missing content?

There are some types of missing content that EA Advisors can’t help with.
  • We can’t track down limited edition cards, missing XP, or undo mistaken picks on Draft Packs.
  • We can’t recover content that you accidentally discarded. Make sure you double-check before discarding anything.
If you’ve tried the troubleshooting steps above and still can’t find your missing EA SPORTS™ College Football content after 24 hours, we’ll need the following information to help you.
  • Your EA Account email.
  • The console or platform you play on (PlayStation®, XBOX, or PC).
  • Your platform account username.
