From the Ultimate Team menu, head to the My Team tab and check your Binder for the players or collectibles you’re missing. You can also access Unopened Packs from this menu.

How do I find missing EA Play rewards?

To get EA Play rewards for Madden NFL 27, you need an EA Play membership.

How to claim Twitch Drops

    Make sure your EA Account is linked to Twitch.

    Go to the Twitch Drops page and find the Drop you want to claim.
    • To get a Drop, you need to watch a participating channel for the required amount of time. 
    • You can claim the Drop from the Drops Inventory page until 24 hours after the Drops campaign ends.

    Select Claim Now.

    Launch Madden NFL 27. Go to the Ultimate Team™ menu, then go to Unopened Packs.
Make sure you redeem your in-game reward before the event ends. It can take up to 24 hours for your Twitch Drops to appear in-game.

How can I get more help with missing content in Madden NFL 27

There are some types of missing content that EA Advisors won’t be able to help with.
  • We can’t track down limited edition Packs, missing XP, or undo mistaken picks on Draft Packs.
  • We can’t recover content that you accidentally discarded. Make sure you double-check before discarding anything.
