- Description: a general account issue that’s usually temporary.
- Solution: restart your game.
Error code 102122
- Description: an EA Account linking issue that’s usually temporary.
- Solution: restart your game.
Error code 429
This issue is usually caused by server maintenance or downtime.- Check the Apex Legends server status to see if Apex Legends is down. If the servers are down or undergoing maintenance, you’ll need to wait for a fix.
- If there aren’t any reported server issues, restart Apex Legends and your system.
- Check for game updates.
This profile is already logged in on another device
- Description: this happens when you’ve recently logged out of the game on another platform.
- Solution: wait a few minutes and the error will clear.

Snake
- Description: a temporary penalty for leaving a match early.
- Solution: you need to wait until the error code stops displaying before joining another match.
Error code [type=null]
- Description: this error code happens when Season changeovers cause crashes.
- Solution: the error will be fixed when your game updates.
Error code:net
An EA server stops answering the game. Try:- restarting your router
- using an Ethernet network
- rebooting your PC or restarting your console.
Error code:leaf
EA servers aren’t responding, so we can’t connect you to a match. Try:- restarting your router
- using an Ethernet network
- rebooting your PC or restarting your console.
Error code wheel on PlayStation®4
A similar error code to error code:net and error code:leaf. Try:- restarting your router
- using an Ethernet network.
Error code 100
This error can happen if the time zone or date of birth on your EA Account and your platform account don’t match. Make sure the time zone and date of birth are the same on your platform account and your EA Account.Error code 23
This error can be caused by outdated graphics drivers or missing or damaged game files.- Make sure the settings on your EA Account match the settings on the EA app, including the language and region.
- If you’re playing on PC:
- press the Windows key + R
- type appwiz.cpl
- hit Enter
- repair or reinstall the latest version.
DirectX error 4294967287
You might get this error when you’re trying to install Apex Legends.Do a clean boot of your computer. We don’t recommend uninstalling your anti-virus software to fix this issue.Apex_crash.txt
Your game has crashed.- Follow our steps on fixing crashing and freezing.
- Repair the game files by going to the EA app > Library > Apex Legends. Select the Manage icon and choose Repair.
DXGI_ERROR_, DEVICE_HUNG
- Description: a background app is stuck.
- Solution: fully restart your system.
Out of Sync with server
Your game is out of sync with the server.- Go to Settings.
- Under the Video tab, set Texture Streaming Budget to None.
Party leader quit or Party not ready
The game thinks there’s a problem with your Party.- Try to leave the party and join again.
- Go to the Lobby and invite your friends to join your party instead.
- Select Return to Main Menu, then go back to the Lobby.
- Switch game modes from Play Apex to Training, then go back to Play Apex.
- Restart your game.
Club operation 19 failed
This error usually happens when you resume the game from a standby position (an idle mode where your console isn’t fully switched off). Restart your game.r5apex.exe
This can be caused by an inconsistency with the game installation.- Repair the game files by going to the EA app > Library > Apex Legends.
- Select the Manage icon and choose Repair.
- Update your Windows software.
Invalid game executable
You need to add Apex Legends as an exception.Avast

- Run an internet speed test to make sure you’re not having problems with your internet connection.

Apex Legends Anti-Cheat errors
The client failed anti-cheat runtime integrity check
This error happens when there’s an issue with Anti-Cheat integrity, which can be caused by a corrupted file.- 1Open the EA app.
- 2Go to your Library and find Apex Legends.
- 3Select the Manage icon (the three dots in the upper-right corner of your game), and choose Repair.
