What are the Web and Companion Apps and how do I use them?

The EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Web App is a browser-based site that lets you manage your Ultimate Team even when you’re not playing the game. To start using it:

    Go to the EA SPORTS FC™ Web App site from your browser.

    Log in with the EA Account you use to play FC 27.
    • You’ll know you’re logged in when you see your Ultimate Team™ Club and Squad load in the app. 
The FC Web App shows a Getting Started message telling players to create an Ultimate Team™ Club on console or PC.

When are the FC 27 Web and Companion Apps available?

Here are the key dates for the FC 27 Ultimate Team™ Web and Companion Apps:
  • September 11, 2026: EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Web App goes offline.
  • September 16, 2026: EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Web App goes online. 
    • This is when EA SPORTS FC™ 26 players with an account in good standing can start using the Transfer Market.
  • September 17, 2026: EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Companion App goes online.
Starting September 17, 2026, the Web and Companion Apps are only available for EA SPORTS FC™ 27.
After November 7, 2026, 11:59:50 PM UTC, you need to log in to Ultimate Team™ in EA SPORTS FC™ 27 on your PC or console at least once to continue using both apps.

How do I get early access to the Web and Companion Apps?

Your eligibility is based on the requirements for the most recent FC title you played.To qualify, you must have:
  • logged in to Ultimate Team™ and created an Ultimate Team™ Club in FC 26, FC 25, or FC 24 on your platform before August 1, 2026
  • an account that still exists and is in good standing
    • if you don’t have access, it means you’ve either broken our rules in the past or you haven’t played long enough. 
If you meet the eligibility requirements for the year you last played, you can get early access to the Web and Companion Apps and start managing your Ultimate Team™ Club before FC 27 launches.If you qualified and your account was in good standing, your rewards will have appeared in your Web and Companion Apps on September 16, 2026.
