If you still can’t find your missing Items after 24 hours, we’ll need some information from you to help us investigate, such as::

your proof of purchase
your platform account username (PlayStation™Network Online ID or Xbox Live gamertag)
your console or platform (PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S)
the time, date, and time zone you earned or bought the Items
details about the Items you’re missing
any other details about your issue.

Missing your Twitch Drops?

You can claim Twitch Drops for UFC 5 from January 15, 2024.Here’s how to find them if they’re missing.
