Why can’t I find or use my rewards?
Some rewards have specific requirements for when, where, or how you can use them. Check these common reasons before troubleshooting a missing reward.Season Pass rewards from The Grounds are only available on PlayStation®5, XBOX Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch™ 2.If you claim a reward on PlayStation®4 or XBOX One, log in on a PlayStation®5 or XBOX Series X|S console to access and use it.
Some Tokens are tied to specific campaigns and can only be used in that campaign’s Token Store.After a campaign ends, its Token Store may stay open for a limited time, giving you another chance to spend the Tokens you’ve earned. You can’t earn more Tokens for that campaign after it ends.When the Token Store expires, you can no longer spend its Tokens. Unspent Tokens might still appear in your token summary, but they can’t be exchanged for Tokens from another campaign.
If you belong to more than one club, League and Clubs Playoffs rewards are only awarded through your favorite club.This prevents the same reward from being earned multiple times by switching between clubs. Club objective rewards can also only be earned once.
Gallery objective progress isn’t retroactive.To earn the reward, complete the objective requirements after the objective becomes active. Progress you made before the objective started doesn’t count.
Eligible Player Items don’t automatically appear when you enter a Gallery subset, even if you already own them.Use the autocomplete option or manually add eligible Player Items.Player Items you add to a set aren’t lost.

- 2Ultimate Team™またはクラブを再起動します。報酬が表示されるまで、最大で24時間かかる場合があります。
- 1XのEA SPORTS FC™ダイレクトコミュニケーションおよびWhatsAppで、報酬が届かない原因となっている可能性のある問題に関する最新情報をご確認ください。
- 2PCまたはコンソールを再起動してEAS FCを起動し、報酬がまだ見当たらないかどうかをご確認ください。
- 3見当たらないゲーム内コンテンツを探すには、その他の手順をお試しください。
報酬の受け取り方法

- 2Twitchのドロップページに移動して、受け取りたいドロップを見つけます。
- 参加しているチャンネルを指定された時間視聴すれば、ドロップを獲得できます。
- ドロップキャンペーンが終了してから24時間後まで、ドロップインベントリページからドロップを受け取れます。
- 3今すぐ入手を選択してください。
- 4EAS FCを起動します。Ultimate Team™のメニューから「目標」に進みます。
見当たらない報酬に関してさらにヘルプが必要
24時間経過しても失われたEAS FC報酬が見つからない場合は、お問い合わせの前にこちらの情報をご用意ください。- 見当たらないコンテンツ（選手アイテム、コインなど）。
- コンテンツが見当たらないモード（Rivals、Champions、目標など）。
- お客様のEAアカウントに使用しているEメールアドレス。
- お客様のプラットフォームのアカウントID（PSN ID、XboxのIDなど）。
- コンテンツが見当たらなくなった日時。
- お客様のタイムゾーン。
- プレイしているプラットフォーム（PC、PS5、Xbox Series X|Sなど）。
