EA SPORTS FC™ 25 support

Hi everyone, I’ve been playing EA Sports FC25 on my ROG Ally (Windows handheld, AMD CPU, Razer controller) for months with no issues, except for one previous minor glitch that resolved itself. Now, when I try to launch the game, I get: “An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Please try again later.” I’ve already reinstalled and re-registered EA AntiCheat, cleared the EA App cache, and repaired the game, but this time it’s not working at all. I’ve submitted a token help request to EA and received Report ID: 2ec36fdf-211a-45f7-a053-d7df760c6674. Has anyone else experienced this, or is there any update on a fix?

I was playing FIFA and an error kept popping up, I restarted. After that I launched squad battles. The game crashed for about 60 minutes, after which the game update started. I launch it and get a permanent ban

I installed it, and since then the game refuses to launch.No other hardware or software changes.Using the latest versions of both EA App and Steam.I have also attached a video showing exactly how the error appears.I already have a DxDiag report saved and ready to share if required.Question:Has anyone else run into this issue after the Windows update, or found a fix or workaround?Thanks in advance!
