Overview

Before you ollie in to Skate Early Access, make sure your EA Account and platform are linked and ready. Here's how to avoid access issues and linking errors in Early Access.

Check you're using the right EA Account

To get Early Access to Skate on the EA app, double-check that you’re logged into the EA Account you want to use. If you’ve got more than one EA Account or share a platform with others, you could be logged in to a different account.

Linked to the wrong EA Account? Don’t unlink before reading this.

  • You could lose purchases, progress, or even game access if you unlink.
  • Once you've unlinked your platform, you can't link it back to the same EA Account.
  • You can't link another account from the same platform (like a second Xbox or PlayStation® account) to your EA Account, even if you've unlinked the first one.

Check your EA Account is linked to your platform

To get Early Access to Skate on PlayStation®, Xbox, Steam, or Epic Games, your platform account needs to be linked to your EA Account. If you made your EA Account using the same email address you use for your platform account, your accounts should automatically connect when your game loads on your console. Go to the Connections page in your EA Account settings to check what’s linked. If your PlayStation®, Xbox, Steam, or Epic account isn’t listed there, it’s not linked to your EA Account and you might not be able to get Early Access to Skate.To avoid delays, here’s how to link your EA Account to your platform account.
