Where’s my STAR WARS Zero Company™ Deluxe Edition content?
If you have the Deluxe Edition of STAR WARS Zero Company™:- your Cosmetic Pack bonus content will be available when you customize Hawks after launching the game for the first time
- your Cosmetic Weapon Set bonus content will be available after you finish the tutorial.

Your Cosmetic Pack bonus content will be available when you customize Hawks after launching the game for the first time.To find bonus uniform, helmets, and armor sets: To find bonus tattoo cosmetics: If you can’t find your Deluxe Edition Cosmetic Pack bonus content while customizing Hawks, check for it in the Den. You’ll unlock the Den after you finish the initial battle tutorial.
- 1Go to the Outfits screen.
- 2Scroll through the options to find the Deluxe Edition bonus content you want to use.
- 3Select the bonus content to equip it to the Style slot.
- The item equipped to the Style slot determines what Hawks wears in-game.
- 1Go to the Appearance screen and select Body Art.
- 2Scroll to find the Deluxe Edition bonus tattoo you want to use.
- 3Select the tattoo to equip it to the Tattoo Style slot.
- 1In the Den, go to the Customization Facility.
- 2Select the:
- Outfits tab to find bonus uniform, helmets, and armor set
- Appearance tab to find bonus tattoo cosmetics.
- 3Scroll through the options to find the Deluxe Edition bonus content you want to use.
- 4Select the bonus content to equip it.
Your Cosmetic Weapon Set bonus content will be available after you finish the initial battle tutorial. To find your painted weapon themes:
- 1Go to the Den and select Armory.
- 2Toggle through and select the squad member whose weapon you want to customize.
- 3Select Customize Appearance and then Paint Color.
- 4Scroll to find the Deluxe Edition bonus paint theme you want to use and select it to apply it.
Where’s my STAR WARS Zero Company™ pre-order content?
If you ordered either the Standard or Deluxe Edition of STAR WARS Zero Company™ before August 27, 2026, you get the Crystalline Astromech Cosmetic Pack as a pre-order bonus. Although your pre-order bonus will technically be available in-game when STAR WARS Zero Company™ launches on August 27, you have to unlock it before you can use it.If you’ve only just started playing, you won’t be able to use your pre-order bonus right away. First, you need to make progress and reach a specific point in the story by completing Operations and Missions. To unlock your Crystalline Astromech Cosmetic Pack pre-order bonus, progress through the game and make sure you:Players will usually reach this point after approximately one hour of playing the main story. However, exactly how long it takes you to unlock your pre-order bonus might depend on your chosen difficulty level, your playstyle, and your experience with turn-based tactics games.After you unlock the Crystalline Astromech Cosmetic Pack, you can use it in-game. - 1Complete the Smugglers’ Manifest Operation in Cycle 5.
- 2Then, go to the Holotable and complete any available Mission.
- 3After you’ve completed the mission, go to the Den and talk to the M-3VO droid.
After you complete the Smugglers’ Manifest Operation, finish any available Holotable mission, and talk to the M-3VO droid, your Crystalline Astromech Cosmetic Pack pre-order bonus will unlock. Here’s where to check for your content in-game. To find your R3 droid bonus content:To find your translucent “crystalline” astromech heads:
- 1Open the main STAR WARS Zero Company™ menu and select Character Databank.
- 2Go to the Astromech tab.
- 3Select Create New and choose the R3 preset.
- 4Select Continue and customize the R3 droid’s Appearance, Personality, and Dossier.
- 1Open the main STAR WARS Zero Company™ menu and select Character Databank.
- 2Go to the Astromech tab. You can either:
- select an existing R4, R5, or BR-1 droid
- select Create New and choose the R4, R5, or BR-1 preset.
- 3Select Continue and go to the Appearance screen.
- 4Select Head and scroll to find the pre-order bonus head you want to use.
- 5Select the head to equip it to the Type slot.

- If you bought the Standard Edition, you won’t get Deluxe Edition bonus content unless you buy the Deluxe Edition Upgrade.
- To get pre-order bonus content, you must have pre-ordered either the Standard or Deluxe Edition of STAR WARS Zero Company™ before August 27, 2026.
- If you’re missing Deluxe Edition bonus content, double-check you bought the Deluxe Edition of STAR WARS Zero Company™, not the Standard Edition.
- If you’re missing pre-order bonus content, check the order date to make sure you pre-ordered the game before August 27, 2026.
- 1Log in to your EA Account using the same details you used to buy STAR WARS Zero Company™.
- 2Select the Payment & Wallet tab and choose Order History.
- 3Find your STAR WARS Zero Company™ order and select + plus symbol to expand the order details.
- Double-check you’re logged in to the same EA Account you used to buy STAR WARS Zero Company™.
- If you have more than one EA Account, you might be logged into the wrong one. To verify which EA Account you’re using, check the Account Information section of your account details.
- Make sure you’ve linked your platform account to your EA Account If you’re playing STAR WARS Zero Company™ on:
