FC25 Won't Launch - "Error on Our End" (ROG Ally / Token Issue)
Hi everyone, I’ve been playing EA Sports FC25 on my ROG Ally (Windows handheld, AMD CPU, Razer controller) for months with no issues, except for one previous minor glitch that resolved itself. Now, when I try to launch the game, I get: “An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Please try again later.” I’ve already reinstalled and re-registered EA AntiCheat, cleared the EA App cache, and repaired the game, but this time it’s not working at all. I’ve submitted a token help request to EA and received Report ID: 2ec36fdf-211a-45f7-a053-d7df760c6674. Has anyone else experienced this, or is there any update on a fix?

I was playing FIFA and an error kept popping up, I restarted. After that I launched squad battles. The game crashed for about 60 minutes, after which the game update started. I launch it and get a permanent ban

FC25 Won’t Launch After Latest Windows Update (Steam + EA App Error)
Issue Summary:Unable to launch FC25 via Steam. The game shows the FC25 logo, then a black screen, and afterward the EA App displays the error:An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Please try again a little later.Platform:PC (Steam)Date & Time of Issue:Started today, game was working fine yesterday.Troubleshooting Already Tried:- Verified game files on Steam- Cleared EA App cache- Restarted Steam and EA App- Restarted PCResult:Issue persists, game still fails to launch.System Specs:OS: Windows 11 (latest update installed today)CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800XGPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XTRAM: 32 GBStorage: SSDAdditional Info:Yesterday the game was working perfectly.Before trying to play today, I noticed Windows wanted to install a system update. I installed it, and since then the game refuses to launch.No other hardware or software changes.Using the latest versions of both EA App and Steam.I have also attached a video showing exactly how the error appears.I already have a DxDiag report saved and ready to share if required.Question:Has anyone else run into this issue after the Windows update, or found a fix or workaround?Thanks in advance!
