How do I check if it’s a server issue?
Start by checking if your connectivity issues are happening due to issues with the Madden NFL servers or your platform’s servers. If either is down or undergoing maintenance, you might not be able to connect until service is restored.First, visit our server status page to check the status of Madden NFL servers and other EA services. If there’s a green Online status indicator next to EA SPORTS™ Madden NFL 27, the server’s online and working normally.If you play Madden NFL 27 on the EA app, make sure the green Online status indicator also appears next to the EA app.If the server status shows an outage or maintenance, you might not be able to access some Madden NFL game modes and features until services are restored.
